Its low-viscosity formula allows for even and clean application, ensuring peak thermal performance on Intel® and AMD® processors up to 250W TDP and beyond. The paste comes with an applicator kit for precise spreading on cold plates, along with three cleaning wipes to easily remove old thermal compound. With 3g of non-electrically conductive material, XTM70 supports extreme CPU cooling and maintains low temperatures without drying or cracking.
