Returns/Exchanges and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Return, Exchanges or Refunds for change of mind, wrong product or size, Incompatible products/accessories purchased will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty claim. Please see below for more information.

⚠️ Returns will be strictly accepted only with the item’s original packaging including all accessories. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To return an item, please contact: 077 86 26 996. Our team will guide you through the return process. If returning via courier service, please securely pack the item along with the original purchase invoice from CyberDeals and send it to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the warranty claim. Please allow at least Twenty one (21) days from the date of return of your item to process the claim.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Non-warranty Products
